Research and Product Improvement (Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest): To understand how users interact with our Service, test new features, collect feedback and analyze data, and enhance the interface and functionality.
Marketing Communications (Legal Basis: Consent or Legitimate Interest): To send information about our products, news, events, and offers. You can always withdraw your consent or exercise your right to object by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link or unchecking “I agree to receive newsletters and proposals from EASEDTALK” in your account settings.
Security and Fraud Prevention (Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest):To prevent unauthorized access, monitor system security, detect violations, and ensure the safety and protection of users’ personal data.

These providers process data on behalf of Easedtalk under Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that comply with GDPR requirements and access personal data only to the extent necessary to perform their functions.
We may also share aggregated or anonymized data with third parties that does not allow identification of individual users. Such information may be used for analysis, improvement, and statistical purposes related to the Service.
Additionally, we may disclose personal data if required by law or in response to a legitimate request from governmental authorities, including law enforcement agencies and courts, and we will attempt to notify you of such disclosure unless prohibited by law.
By using our Services, you acknowledge the necessity of transferring data to these organizations solely for the purposes of providing, supporting, and improving the functionality of the Service, as well as ensuring security and processing payments.
4. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) (for example, Google LLC, Paddle, Cloudflare).
When transferring data outside the EEA, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, and other appropriate safeguards that ensure an equivalent level of protection, as required under GDPR.
By using the Service, you acknowledge the necessity of such data transfers solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and the fulfillment of our contractual obligations.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by the payment provider Paddle, which acts as an independent Data Controller for processing your financial and payment data.
When you initiate a purchase within the Service, we transmit your personal data (first name, last name, email address) and details of the subscription or service you are purchasing to Paddle. Paddle processes and stores your personal data, collects your payment information, calculates applicable taxes and fees, and manages the payment of the subscription or services, including recurring payments.
We do not have access to, receive, or store your full credit card or other payment method information. Paddle is committed to complying with payment data security standards (PCI-DSS) and uses industry-standard protection measures.
